ChefsXP.com aka ChefsXpress is a registered Thai company, with its principle office located at 120/24 Sukhumvit 23 (Prasarnmitr), Klongtoey-nua, Wattana, Bangkok, Thailand 10110. The company has a registered capital of 5 million baht and in the fiscal year 2008 plans to raise its registered capital to 50 million baht (fully paid) with capital investments to be made in various 'facilities' and important developments to benefit and 'enhance customer experience for less'.
The company is managed by Sorot Chamlongsupalak who graduated from Dover College, Kent, England and Assumption University (ABAC). His previous work includes National Sales Manager of Foremost Friesland (Thailand); Marketing Director of Riche Monde (Thailand) - LVMH; Marketing Director of RJ Reynolds (RJR Nabisco); Sales & Marketing Director of Reemstma International (Davidoff) as well as starting the original 'Room Service' in Thailand. . . he has previously lived in London-England, California-USA, Jeddah-Saudi Arabia and maintains close connections with business associates in the respective countries.

What does ChefsXP.com do?
ChefsXP.com, aka. ChefsXpress delivers restaurant meals throughout Bangkok, Thailand. Itís the same concept as pizza delivery, but with a lot more choices. We partner with multiple restaurants so they can offer you their meals at home, work, or hotels and we do so WITH NO MARK-UP ON PRICES, ie. we use actual restaurant prices rather than arbitrarily adding on prices or overcharging on each and every dish (as everyone does).
How can I order?
You can place your orders online or call 02 204 2001 from 1030-2230hrs. daily. Our call-center staff can take your orders in both Thai and English.
What if I don't see the restaurant I like?
In case you don't see the restaurant you like, please login and click here or goto our ADD RESTAURANT section (at the top of the page) to vote your favorite restaurant in!! We will contact you as soon as they start delivering with us.
What does 'NO mark-up delivery' mean?
Our 'NO mark-up delivery' pricing policy means that all our customers pay the same exact price as they would pay at the restaurant without the 10% service charge restaurants usually adds (sometimes cheaper). All prices in our website are actual prices of the restaurant.
This in itself may sound 'normal' but in actual fact it means that every one of our customer avoids up to 149% 'mark-up' of other food delivery service in town.
Simply put, you pay Bht. 350 ordering with us while other delivery companies charge you over Bht.800 for the exact same meal from the exact same restaurant.

Do I need to be a member?
No. Registration is free and we do not charge any special or yearly membership fee at all. All our customers are our V.V.I.P. and treated equally. Our prices are guaranteed restaurant prices and periodic promotions are avaliable to everyone. We will never charge our customers in order to give 'special discounts' or privileges
How long does it take to deliver?
It generally takes less than an hour in total from the time you place the order ítil weíre knocking at your door. (This is because all our orders are freshly made- not microwave food and certain dishes require more time to prepare). Please allow extra time for Fri. and Sat. nights, peak traffic times, and particularly long journeys. Be assured that your food doesnít just sit there wilting- we wonít give the order to the restaurant until we have a driver on the way to pick it up.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, somehow we must make a living and all we charge is Bht.60 flat per order regardless of where you live in Bangkok. We do not charge you more just because you live further away- to the contrary, we will try our very best to reach you in time. You can even order from more than 1 restaurant and we'd still charge you Bht.60.
When are you open?
Why are some restaurants marked 'Closed'?
We are open for delivery from 1030-2230hrs. daily. No holidays. Please note the opening hours of the individual restaurant you are ordering from and also bear in mind that some restaurants close in the late afternoon and re-open in the evenings
How can I add special notes to my order?
You can add special notes for any dish you order by going to the 'Your Order' tab and clicking on the notepad icon next to the dish you ordered. Any special notes for the entire order can be added at the checkout process ('Checkout' tab)
What about drinks? Can I order drinks?
Yes. All types of beverage that you find in the normal minimart is available along with your orders. Moreover, they are available at same prices you would pay at 7/11 and not like drinks or beverages you find at hotel counterbars!! You can access the drinks section by clicking the Beverage banner on the right of your screen or simply click here. If the drink you are looking for is not listed, please just make a note when you checkout and we'll find it for you.
How can I pay?
We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa/Master/Amex/Diners). In case of credit card, we will call you for your credit card information. There's no need to worry about internet security at all. Alternately, you can have our riders bring a wireless credit card machine to 'swipe' your card at your doorsteps (please put a note to 'bring credit card machine' upon checkout). Furthermore, online payments by credit card OR paypal will also be available to customers in the very near future.
Should I tip?
Only when you feel the driver has done an exceptionally good job or you'd just like to show your appreciation for our No mark-up delivery service. All tips go to the driver.
