1. Prices & Menu Items

The information regarding price, description and availability contained on this site has been provided by participating restaurant. The prices presented by ChefsXpress on our site(s) are, according to the best of our knowledge, the same as those of the participating restaurants at the time of order (NO mark-up delivery). We take pride in our pricing policy and always welcome any suggestions and/or comments.

Although ChefsXpress attempts to make certain that the prices listed on the site are up-to-date at the time of order, and that out-of-stock dishes are clearly marked or removed from the menu, prices and availability may change without notice.

Moreover, if you ever come across any price descrepencies or errors, please let us know immediately by contacting us or using the FEEDBACK FORM. We will be sure to offer you a REWARD!

 2. Terms of Purchase

The final charges, including delivery fee and/or other fees (if applicable) may change without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of 7% value added tax (government tax). 

ChefsXpress reserves the rights to change, without notice, all or any part of the materials, pricing policy and/or restaurant listings contained in this site.

Although ChefsXpress will endeavor to deliver meals ordered on this site to the best of our ability, we do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of any third parties related to the creation of your order.

You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

3. Methods of Payment:

CASH

By selecting CASH as a method of payment, you agree to provide ChefsXpress payment in the form of Thai Baht (Bht.) upon receipt of your order.

CREDIT CARD

By selecting CREDIT CARD as a method of payment, you agree that you must be authorized to use the credit card presented as a method of payment. Whenever payment is due, you must provide us with a valid credit card and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card.

If ChefsXpress does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by ChefsXpress or its agents. The final charges on your credit card may be different than those stated on the website.

 4. Return & Claim Policy: 

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact ChefsXpress immediately via email, phone or fax and include the order number and restaurant name.

All sales are final unless order problems/issues are confirmed with our restaurant partners or otherwise determined by ChefsXpress, at its sole discretion, to be actionable. In such cases, ChefsXpress will issue credit for use on future orders through the ChefsXpress website. All order problem/issue inquiries must be received within 24 hours of the order date listed on your order confirmation email.

No cash refunds will be issued by ChefsXpress.
